As a family of 6, we understand the roller coaster ride of life. We have great times, ok times, and tough times. The year 2020 was a tough time and a time of transition for us. As we began to really seek out our purpose and passion we realized that there was a need here in Lubbock Texas for someone to help those who were struggling to pay their mortgage or just in a home they didn’t like. Solutions…we help them get out fast with cash in hand and then offer those Lubbock homes for sale or rent.

Enter…the creation of Brunson Properties!

We live here in Lubbock, our kids attend school here, we attend church here and we want to help out here. We look forward to visiting to see how we can help you and your family!

In 2021, we were blessed to buy 6 houses! Of those, we remodeled one and sold it to a family who wanted to own the house their kids lived in while attending college here in Lubbock. Another one had been vacant for a few years and we were able to restore it to a beautiful condition and it is rented to a very nice family. The rest did not need to be remodeled and are all rented to people who are very happy with their homes.

In 2022 and 2023, we added ten new homes to our growing portfolio. Each of those new houses were updated as needed and were filled with more of our neighbors whom we love to serve.

In 2023, Derek earned his real estate license and joined the incredible team at Keller Williams Realty in Lubbock. With this achievement, he is able to help more people with selling or purchasing a new home!
